AFFORDABLE QUALITY AND VERSATILITY

Air-Mite has been manufacturing pneumatic presses since 1952.

We are continuously improving the durable, time-tested design of our presses.  Our current air press line offers versatility, ease of use, and affordability. Our Pneumatic press options offer a simple means of applying force by using standard compressed air to perform a variety of pressing operations. By adjusting the pressure of the incoming air (within the limits), the user can greatly change the force applied by the press.  An arbor press is a small hand operated press. It is typically used to perform smaller jobs, including staking, riveting, installing, configuring and removing bearings and other press fit work.We offer a variety of different pneumatic air presses to fit almost any situation. If you have any questions about any of our air presses be sure to call or contact us.

All of our presses are easily customizable to fit your exact needs.

In fact, most presses sold today are made to order. Air-Mite presses are uniquely designed with adjustable height cylinders. Raising or lowering the cylinder on the column changes the distance between the worktable surface and the retracted rod (also known as “daylight”). This feature accommodates a variety of workpiece and tooling sizes with the purchase of only one air press.  With our decades of experience, we can consult with you on your design, and build you a custom pneumatic arbor press that fulfills all your requirements. If you need an arbor press with a specific set of requirements, be sure to browse our catalog.  Be sure to contact Air-mite today – the leader in custom air press construction.

Durability is a top priority in Air Presses

Seeing that a pneumatic press has to withstand a huge amount of pressure, we place an emphasis on quality and durability. This is why we use only the best materials and the best processes when designing and developing our air presses. Whether we’re talking about a small arbor press or something larger, there is always a need to ensure that safety, quality and product longevity come first. Thanks to our long term experience with the design and manufacture of air presses, we are able to provide durable products that reduce your total cost of ownership (by removing the need for regular servicing, spare parts and replacement). We guarantee that you will not regret your investment. So if you are looking for quality products that do not incur extra costs, whether in terms of capital or time, contact us today, and we will help you find the perfect press for your project.
